At the intersection of governance, innovation, learning & AI - Madrid, Spain
26 years leading global technology at Ericsson. Now advising boards, teaching at IE, and shipping AI-powered tools.
I spent 26 years at Ericsson progressing from IT security to running 100-person regional teams, managing up to โฌ120M budgets, and co-designing global learning programmes for 24,000 people. I left in 2023 to go deeper on what I care about most: governance, innovation, education, and AI.
Today I advise boards navigating the new regulatory landscape, teach at IE Business School, and build AI-powered tools, including a local-first board performance review system and a learning venture called Escuela para la Vida.
Three distinct ways to engage, depending on what your board needs. All grounded in the same governance readiness model.
These are live, unfinished, and evolving. I build in the open because the process is part of the point.
A fully secured, GDPR-compliant AI system to augment board performance reviews. 4-agent architecture: Research, Survey, Pattern Recognition, Report Synthesis. End-to-end encrypted. Available as secured cloud or local instances.
A learning venture built on cognitive science and AI-assisted methods, helping teenagers build real-life skills and digital wellbeing.
Preparing a new course at IE Business School combining cognitive science with AI as a Socratic tutor. Portfolio-based assessment. Designed for students tired of passive education.
A community exploring the metacrisis as an opportunity, not just a threat. Contributing to collective intelligence and systemic thinking across disciplines. New mental models, new connections, new ways of seeing complexity.
25+ years of experience in cybersecurity, digital capabilities, learning and development and overall leadership. These last years focused on governance expertise, AI and hands-on building. Always with learning design and impact in mind.
Board advisory, academic collaboration, AI projects, EdTech ventures, or just an interesting conversation.
